Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join a growing Managed Services function, supporting service performance, lifecycle management, reporting, and continuous improvement activity across a varied client base.
- Producing SLA/KPI reports and service performance dashboards
- Tracking technology lifecycle milestones, renewals, warranties, and support status
- Supporting service review meetings and improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate operational documentation and service records
- Analysing trends and identifying areas for service enhancement
- Experience within IT support, service delivery, MSP, or service management environments
- Strong reporting and data management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- ITIL Foundation certified (or willing to work towards it)
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Autotask
- Exposure to asset management or technology lifecycle processes
- Interest in progressing towards Service Delivery Management
