We’re on the hunt for Business Development Representatives to join our high-performing London team. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a BDR, you’ll be right at the heart of our sales engine, generating opportunities and opening doors with some of the UK’s most exciting businesses:

  • Prospecting & Outreach – You’ll use cold calls, email, social, and networking to spark meaningful conversations with potential customers.
  • Qualifying Leads – Spot the ones who are a great fit and start building real value from the first interaction.
  • Engaging Key Decision-Makers – From C-suite execs to public sector leaders, you’ll learn to navigate and influence with confidence.
  • Collaborating with Pre-Sales Experts – You’ll work closely with tech and solution specialists to tailor your approach and build trust.
  • Owning Your Targets – High activity, clear KPIs, and the chance to absolutely smash your goals – and your earnings.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

  • Around 1+ year of outbound sales experience (ideally B2B).
  • You’re confident on the phone – not afraid to make that call.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • You know how to build rapport and spot opportunities.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in telecoms or tech – but not essential.
