- Purpose of the Role
- Deliver first‑class IT operational support across specialised engineering and operational business areas.

- Deliver operational and project‑based technical support against demanding SLAs and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver technical solutions across all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer support while assisting and mentoring wider support team members.
- Ensure all work adheres to defined processes, architectural standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practice.
- Build strong working relationships internally and with third‑party suppliers.
- Take ownership of support requests through to resolution and customer sign‑off.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement across infrastructure, support processes, security, availability, and performance.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the IT function.
- Required Experience
- Experience with Windows 10 / 11 and mobile operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN and LAN.
- Knowledge of storage systems, monitoring, performance and availability.
- Tools & Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Cisco CCNA certification.
- Strong interest in motorsport, live operations, or high‑performance engineering environment.
