We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Engineer to join a growing technical services team. This is a field-based role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting managed print devices across client sites within the TA region. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Attending on-site technical support calls within target response times
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining colour and mono MFP devices (low, mid & high volume)
- Ensuring accurate and timely service record updates via PDA tools
- Maintaining digital documentation via cloud-based systems
- Keeping company vehicle and equipment safe, compliant, and presentable
- Submitting accurate expense records
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience repairing and maintaining managed print / MFP devices
- Confident with diagnostics and fault finding
- Basic networking capability (installing print drivers, connecting devices to networks)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A proactive “can-do” attitude
