Are you a Microsoft 365 specialist who enjoys making technology work smarter for people? Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to take ownership of a complex M365 environment and play a key role in improving collaboration, productivity, and security across a growing organisation. This is a hands-on role with real influence—ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, automation, and end-user enablement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Support
- Own the day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security & compliance features
- Manage users, licensing, groups, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID
- Maintain email security, threat protection, DLP, and compliance controls
- Handle updates, feature rollouts, troubleshooting, and escalation to Microsoft Support
- Maintain documentation, configurations, and change records
- Power Platform
- Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
- Build and support Power Apps (low-code/no-code) to improve efficiency
- Work closely with business teams to turn requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure governance, security, and policy alignment across the Power Platform
- SharePoint & Teams
- Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document libraries
- Enhance Teams structures, integrations, and collaboration best practices
- Support secure information sharing and version control
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot
- Provide configuration and support across Office applications
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for productivity gains
- Deliver user support, training sessions, and guidance materials
- Act as a bridge between IT and the wider business
- Stay ahead of Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements
- Contribute to IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years’ hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and M365 security/compliance
- Practical experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications / Certifications (one or more preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate (MS-102)
- Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102)
- Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools
- PowerShell scripting for automation or reporting
- Experience with data governance and information protection
- Background in delivering user training or documentation
