We are seeking an experienced Probate and Trusts lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct estate administration
  • Handle drafting and administration of trusts
  • Advise on estate planning where required, including inheritance tax
  • Work together with the wider Private Client team

Requirements:

  • Experience in estate administration
  • Knowledge of Wills, trusts and inheritance tax
  • Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive and/or STEP qualification preferred but not essential. Paralegal status considered
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
