As their customer base continues to grow, they're looking for a Cloud Platform Administrator / Technical Support Engineer to become the technical bridge between Infrastructure, Engineering and Customer Success. This isn't a traditional IT support role. You'll be responsible for the health, security and performance of a business-critical cloud platform while helping resolve complex technical issues across Cloudflare, Azure and telematics services.
The Role
Working closely with Software Engineers, DevOps and Product teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of a large-scale cloud platform. You'll investigate production issues, monitor infrastructure, administer Cloudflare services, support Azure resources and diagnose connectivity problems between telematics devices.
