Raisers Edge CRM & Database Manager

We are working with an established UK not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced Raisers Edge specialist to take ownership of its fundraising CRM and wider database capability.
Sitting at the centre of fundraising, supporter engagement and reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT is accurate, effective and continually evolving to meet the needs of the organisation.
This is a role for someone who likes to combine the bigger picture with the detail. You will help shape the future direction of the CRM while remaining hands-on with data quality, segmentation, reporting, processes, integrations and day-to-day system management.
What will you be responsible for?
Working across fundraising, marketing and finance, you will become the go-to person for Raisers Edge / NXT and take the lead on improving how the organisation manages and uses its supporter data.
