We are supporting an established not-for-profit organisation as they embark on a major finance systems transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are looking for an experienced Finance ERP Implementation Lead to take ownership of the business side of a new ERP implementation.
This is not a technical ERP consultant or project management role; we are looking for someone who has already sat on the client side of an ERP implementation and understands what it takes to deliver change from within a Finance team and can confidently represent the business throughout the programme.
You will act as the link between Finance stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring the new solution supports the organisation's operational needs while keeping delivery on track.
The opportunity:
You will take ownership of the Finance workstream throughout the implementation, working closely with Finance, senior stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure the project is delivered successfully. From shaping business requirements and improving finance processes through to testing, go-live and post-implementation.
