We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a high-profile programme working across complex systems environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead BA activities across multiple workstreams in a complex systems environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Champion Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) practices, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Mentor junior BAs and contribute to best practice frameworks.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a Lead BA in large-scale, complex systems environments.
- Significant hands-on experience with BDD (Cucumber, Gherkin, or similar frameworks).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
