Their technology enables customers to monitor fleets, improve driver safety and optimise operations through a modern web platform built on Microsoft Azure.
As their customer base continues to grow, they're looking for a Cloud Platform Administrator / Technical Support Engineer to become the technical bridge between Infrastructure, Engineering and Customer Success. This isn't a traditional IT support role. You'll be responsible for the health, security and performance of a business-critical cloud platform while helping resolve complex technical issues across Cloudflare, Azure and telematics services.
Working closely with Software Engineers, DevOps and Product teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of a large-scale cloud platform. You'll also contribute towards improving monitoring, automation and operational processes.
- Support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor platform availability, performance and security.
- Diagnose API and web platform issues.
- Troubleshoot telematics device connectivity and data flow.
- Investigate network, firewall and routing issues.
- Manage user permissions and security policies.
- Work with Development teams during software releases.
- Commercial experience supporting cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS and networking.
- SQL troubleshooting skills.
