About the Role

We are supporting a major UK organisation as they embark on a flagship transformation programme centred around the implementation of a new B2C digital system/application. This is a strategically critical initiative designed to modernise customer experience, streamline operations and enable future growth.

As Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering this end-to-end programme from shaping scope and strategy through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how millions of customers interact with the brand.

What You’ll Lead

  • Delivery of a new B2C system/application that transforms customer journeys across digital and in-store touchpoints
  • Programme planning, governance and execution across multiple business units
  • Integration of the new platform with existing systems (e-commerce, POS, CRM, fulfilment, payments etc.)
  • Process redesign and simplification to support a seamless customer experience
  • Stakeholder engagement across Operations, Digital, Technology, Marketing and Customer Service
  • Vendor and third-party management, ensuring delivery aligns to commercial and technical expectations
  • Benefits realisation, ensuring measurable improvements in customer experience, efficiency and revenue

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or B2C system implementations
  • Strong background in retail, e-commerce, consumer services or other customer-centric industries
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear delivery plans with defined outcomes and benefits
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of system integration, data flows and digital product delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, proactive and resilient approach to programme leadership
  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
