The Role
You will play a crucial consulting role by engaging directly with clients to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, and help realise performance gains through digital transformation solutions and lean methods that integrate operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). You will act as a manufacturing expert and transformation consultant for international manufacturing industry customers from Automotive, CPG, Pharma, and other focus industries. Diagnosing customer manufacturing operations, applying lean and digital tools, and guiding improvement strategies, including layout and automation opportunities. Lead Gemba-based workshops, 4M/6M analysis, and stakeholder alignment sessions on-site or virtually. Develop transformation roadmaps, benefit cases, and rollout strategies for customer manufacturing sites, which will help to realise the customer’s top management KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering, with lean transformation experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Manufacturing Ops: Knowledge of line balancing, takt time, yield, OEE, and value stream mapping.
- Six Sigma green or black belt
- Valid driving licence
- Willing to travel 40% of the time
