What You’ll Do as a Sous Chef:
- Supportthe Head Chef in running a smooth, efficient kitchen.
- Leadby example—cooking delicious dishes to spec and keeping standardssky-high.
- Helptrain and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and motivatedenvironment.
- Maintaintop hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Stepup and take charge when the Head Chef is away.
