Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Frankham Risk Management Services as Project Manager.

Job Summary

FRMS are looking to develop our project management function in response to the market and the growing demand for project management. As our projects become increasingly multi-disciplinary/multi-faceted, FRMS has a growing need for additional enthusiastic and confident Project Managers to deliver this critical element of the business.
This role is aimed at an excellent all-rounder with exemplary communication skills across all levels, with a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

Main Purpose of Job:

  • As part of the FRMS team, you will be reporting to the Head of Fire, supportive of both Deputy Fire roles and collaborating closely with the Heads of all services across both FRMS and FCG for Project Management delivery of all retained (Critical Friend Compliance Consultancy) services, large and small multi-discipline services, resident engagement services and all other bespoke service offerings required.
  • Play an active/upfront role in the planning, mobilisation and ‘go live’ stage of FRMS led projects.
  • Provide effective project, business and commercial support to the Head of Fire, Deputies and FRMS SMT.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, internal Frankham teams and other partners.
  • Promote and maintain the core values of the Frankham Group.

About You

  • Hold a recognised qualification in project management (essential).
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and adaptive to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ability to clearly communicate to a high standard both orally and in written form.
  • Presents professionally.
  • Holds a full UK driving license.
