The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 € per year.

Undertaking construction site inspections, including passive fire protection and fire door surveys. Production of reporting in relation to the above. Provision of technical advice and consultancy on fire safety. Undertaking of structured fire safety site supervisor role for construction projects and/or building safety cases. Quality assurance and peer review of reports and consultancy documents. Mentoring of junior or new members of staff. Partaking and provision of CPD training for fellow staff. Supporting role in development of internal procedures, templates and policy. Supervision of specified contracts / client management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5-10 years construction industry experience.
  • In depth understanding of the construction or fire safety industry, or ideally both with specific experience in developing fire management solutions.
  • Experienced in undertaking and delivering professional reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerate and computer literate.
  • Excellent motivational and influencing skills.
  • Able to contribute effectively and on equal terms across all business activities.
  • Able to create and analyse financial, technical and operational data.
  • High level of energy, self-starter, confident and stable in manner, able to prioritise and work on a range of activities within a high-pressure environment.
