Role Overview

You will operate as a key partner to the Head of Fire Engineering, providing operational support across growth planning, client engagement, and service delivery. The position is anchored in both technical input and strategic enablement, ensuring the fire engineering division is positioned for sustained commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Fire Engineering with the development and scaling of the fire engineering service.
  • Contribute to the identification and management of a forward pipeline of new business opportunities, including the preparation of bids and submissions.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to strengthen market presence and service reach.
  • Align to strategic objectives by assisting in the design and delivery of growth targets and operational plans.
  • Provide consistent communication and executive support to the Head of Fire Engineering across all workstreams.
  • Play an active role in the wider strategic development of FRMS and The Frankham Group.
  • Support revenue generation through the creation and execution of commercially robust business opportunities.
