About the job

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking and packing orders, receiving goods, handling returns, and maintaining the overall organisation of the warehouse.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

  • Picking and Packing: Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
  • Goods Receiving: Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Returns Management: Handle and process return efficiently.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
  • Loading and Shipping: Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
  • Productivity and Quality Standards: Consistently meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Additional duties as required by business needs.
