About the job

Dalla Corte UK&I, distributed through Franke Coffee Systems UK are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales & Partner Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the business in the UK&I markets, developing new relationships and expanding current. Ideally a fan of coffee, although not essential, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to sell high-end traditional coffee machines and develop a brand with some very exciting plans for 2026 and beyond, backed by investment and support.

Your tasks

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and first class service and support.
  • Work closely with internal departments, ensuring processes are followed, orders fulfilled and client queries handled effectively and professionally.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new and cold outreach business development or account management, ideally related to coffee or coffee equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
  • High enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, meeting customers and end user sites with occasional EU travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
