About the job
To efficiently and effectively enter, process and follow up of all orders placed by customers for the UK business. To act as the main point of contact for all customers in the local territory.
Your tasks:
- Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, price and availability and deliveries via email and phone.
- Primary call taker into the sales office.
- Liaise and work closely with the Franke Shared Service Centre to ensure there are efficient transactional interactions with customers.
- Proactive sales office support to external sales team.
- Co-ordinate delivery reports and expedite back orders.
- Arranging transport and confirming delivery or collections to customers.
- Co-ordinating with haulier/suppliers/warehouse/other operations staff members.
- Dealing with sales order paperwork including returns and credits.
- Preparing documents according to customer requirements and company practices.
- Providing back-up cover for Consumer Care team when required.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Experience of working in a sales order processing environment.
- Experience of a role where organisation and processes are critical.
- Experience of using business operating systems e.g. SAP an advantage.
