As a Resupply Coordinator (f/m/d), you will manage the entire order processing for your assigned markets – always keeping an eye on the details that matter most to each customer. You know the requirements, understand the processes, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether by phone or email – you advise our customers professionally and in a friendly manner. You’re not just a contact person but also a connector: You coordinate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Product Management, and Accounting to ensure all gears mesh perfectly. You also handle web orders – processing, tracking, and ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time. When it comes to equipment deliveries, you organize and coordinate the processes so that our products arrive exactly where they are needed. And if something doesn’t go as planned? You’re there: In claims management, you find solutions, clarify issues, and make sure our customers feel well taken care of – even in challenging situations.
