The National Account Executive drives sales growth across national contract catering accounts by building strong long‑term relationships. The role is centred on maximising new machine placement opportunities within existing customers, while proactively unlocking opportunities within the contract catering channel. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role with a clear focus on delivering collective results.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and first‑class service and support. Work closely with internal departments, ensuring processes are followed, and queries handled effectively and professionally. Support the national account management team to develop customer relationships and unlock opportunities with effective communication. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry. Support rollouts and scalable placements to ensure customer needs and timescales are met. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience within contract catering account management, ideally related to coffee or coffee equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
