We are looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Finance Assistant to join our Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a successful career in finance.
Reporting to the UK Finance Manager and playing a significant role as a team member, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for administering and handling a variety of administration within the Finance function.
- Provide administrative support across multiple finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Assist with data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end activities.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and financial documents as required.
- Assist with account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate filing and document management systems.
- Support audits by gathering and organising required documentation.
- Respond to internal and external finance-related queries.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
