About The Job
We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager UK&I to take ownership of the UK & Ireland marketing agenda within a developed marketing function. This is a broad 360° role offering the opportunity to shape structure, processes and ways of working while driving effective, hands‑on delivery. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help take the department to the next level, thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with real autonomy and visibility.
Your tasks:
- Own and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing plan, aligned to business and brand strategy
- Lead a full‑mix marketing remit, including:
- Brand, communications and PR
- Trade and customer marketing
- Product marketing and launches
- Campaigns and content
- Events (trade shows, customer and internal events)
- Digital marketing and paid advertising
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 360° marketing role
- Background in food & beverage, FMCG or a high‑growth startup
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, change‑led environments
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies
- Strong exposure to digital marketing and paid media
- Experience managing (or beginning to manage) people, with a desire to develop leadership capability
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
