Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order processing for your assigned markets, keeping an eye on the details that matter most to each customer.
- Advise our customers by phone or email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Product Management, and Accounting to ensure all gears mesh perfectly.
- Handle web orders – processing, tracking, and ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.
- Organize and coordinate equipment deliveries so products arrive where they are needed.
- In claims management, find solutions, clarify issues, and ensure customers feel well taken care of – even in challenging situations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
