Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order processing for your assigned markets, keeping an eye on the details that matter most to each customer.
- Advise our customers by phone or email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Product Management, and Accounting to ensure all gears mesh perfectly.
- Handle web orders – processing, tracking, and ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.
