About the job
We\βre looking for a Service Engineer based in South London. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving ongoing issues as needed. You will deliver high-quality, reliable service to our customers and colleagues, ensuring that reliability issues are addressed promptly. Any issues with van stock or training needs should be reported back to the Regional Service Managers.
Ensure adherence to Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes.
Participate in the on-call weekend rota for technical assistance and reactive calls (once every 4 weekends).
Identify technical skills gaps.
- Managing stock levels
- Managing customer relations at a site level
- Keeping up to date with all company admin and courses
Report issues requiring Account Support due to ongoing customer issues.
Requirements
Demonstrable understanding and experience relevant to the role of a Field Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years\β experience working in the coffee machine or vending industry
- Proficient with phones and laptops
Excellent communication skills.
Personal integrity.
Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks.
Know when to inform and when to escalate issues.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required within the scope of the role.
