A well-established and expanding legal team is hiring a Graduate Contract Reviewer. They are seeking a motivated Law Graduate to join their Contracts Team. This role offers a clear pathway for career progression, with full mentoring and training provided by a supportive management team dedicated to helping you succeed in your legal career.
Responsibilities
- Preparing drafting, editing and reviewing contracts
- Responsible for drafting, developing and delivering risk management literature and statistics
- Supporting on general administration tasks for team and senior management
- Providing additional support to clients in relation to queries around their contract via email and telephone
- Providing support to other departments focused on client legal contracts
- Responsible for daily Inbox Management responding to internal departments and clients efficiently
- Presentations
- Collaborating with various departments, heavily involved in Team Meetings reviewing on new contract cases
- General Legal Admin ad hoc duties
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Law Degree (ideally 2:1 level)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Adhere to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise tasks
