A well-established and expanding legal team is hiring a Graduate Contract Reviewer. They are seeking a motivated Law Graduate to join their Contracts Team. This role offers a clear pathway for career progression, with full mentoring and training provided by a supportive management team dedicated to helping you succeed in your legal career.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing drafting, editing and reviewing contracts
  • Responsible for drafting, developing and delivering risk management literature and statistics
  • Supporting on general administration tasks for team and senior management
  • Providing additional support to clients in relation to queries around their contract via email and telephone
  • Providing support to other departments focused on client legal contracts
  • Responsible for daily Inbox Management responding to internal departments and clients efficiently
  • Presentations
  • Collaborating with various departments, heavily involved in Team Meetings reviewing on new contract cases
  • General Legal Admin ad hoc duties

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Law Degree (ideally 2:1 level)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Adhere to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail
