Specializing in Planned Maintenance, Reactive & Void Maintenance, New Builds, Refurbishment, and Fire Risk Works, Frank Rogers has the resources, expertise, and experience to successfully undertake construction projects across the region. Led by Managing Director Dean Rogers, the company is proud to work with its expanding and highly skilled local workforce, as well as reputable subcontractors and suppliers.
We are seeking experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyors / Estimators to support our growing pipeline of work. We are particularly interested in those with expertise in fire safety projects and retrofit / energy efficiency schemes.
About the Role
- Freelance / project-based opportunities across the North West
- Estimating and cost planning for fire protection and retrofit projects
- Preparation of tenders, bills of quantities, and cost breakdowns
- Commercial support on live projects, including variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Collaboration with our in‑house commercial and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to client specification
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience as a QS or Estimator within construction
- Knowledge of fire safety works (fire doors, compartmentation, FIRAS‑aligned projects)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
