Payroll & Benefits Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (3-6 months)

The Opportunity
We have a vacancy for a Payroll Advisor, for a 3 - 6 months fixed term contract (Potential to go to perm) / Hybrid Working.
What you will contribute
- Payroll administration for the weekly and monthly payroll
- Associated processing of third party payments
- Giving guidance to employees changing pension contribution
- Assisting in the preparation of the monthly pension and HMRC payment and other ad hoc BACS payments
- Assisting in the preparation of the P11ds and assisting with year end procedures
- Continuous review of procedures to improve efficiency.
What you will bring
- A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in administering managed payroll services and payroll compliance.
- Working towards CIPP or qualified by experience.
- Knowledge of payroll processes required to administer employee benefits (salary sacrifice etc.) and pension legislation
- Good GCSE/O level grades in maths and English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build good relationships and partnerships across the organisation.
- Ideally experience of working within a Manufacturing Industry.
