Responsibilities:
- Involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals.
- Conduct Business Development activities to partner with new clients and hire the best talent in the market.
- Gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.
As you will be working with our clients in Hong Kong, ability to converse fluently in Cantonese is absolutely necessary.
Requirement:
- Individuals who love to challenge themselves and are interested to discover the world of recruitment.
- No prior experience in recruitment or technology is required for the role; we welcome graduates who are keen to kickstart their career in a Sales role, or experienced professionals who are keen for a career switch to a sales based environment where effort and results will be compensated for accordingly.
- It will be a plus if you are from a Sales background, and/or CEI certified.

- All new joiners will be put through a comprehensive training program at the beginning of their journey with TRG, after which, they will be supported by a Senior Consultant or VP's for on the job training and guidance to familiarize themselves with the recruitment process.
