We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Infra System Admin to join our Infra Operations team. You will play a key role in managing and supporting both cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support on-premise infrastructure, including virtual machines, backup systems, and SAN storage.
  • Perform daily system and application support activities and fulfil operational requests.
  • Provision, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Wintel and Linux servers and associated applications.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and continuity of infrastructure services.
  • Proactively monitor systems and maintain operational standards.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly and ad-hoc patching activities with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and administering Wintel and Linux servers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
