About the role
You won't be training or fine-tuning models. Instead, you'll be responsible for transforming leading AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other LLMs into scalable, reliable solutions through prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and AI automation.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications, workflows, and autonomous agents using modern LLM platforms
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, system instructions, and tool-calling workflows to optimize AI performance
- Integrate AI capabilities into business systems through APIs and Python-based automation
- Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot model behaviour, and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions
About you
- 3+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience
- Strong experience building real-world applications with LLMs, GenAI, AI agents, and RAG architectures
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar foundation models
- Solid Python programming skills and experience integrating APIs and automation workflows
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar
- Knowledge of vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize AI systems
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
