About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of high-quality marketing across our client portfolio and our own brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys pace, variety, takes pride in good work, and wants to build strong experience within a specialist marketing agency. You will support campaigns across multiple channels, help turn plans into action, and keep activity organised, consistent and on track. You will work closely with senior marketers, designers, copywriters and digital specialists, learning quickly and contributing every day. This role suits someone who likes a fast paced environment, is keen to develop and learn quickly, and wants to be part of a team that cares deeply about standards and quality.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinating tasks, timelines and briefs so work moves smoothly and nothing slips
- Writing, editing and proofreading marketing copy for emails, social posts, landing pages and print materials
- Supporting content creation including blog posts, case studies and campaign assets
- Managing social media activity including scheduling and creative asset creation
- Building and sending email campaigns and supporting list management
- Contributing to Frankβs own marketing, including showcasing our work and results
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is committed, hardworking, organised and proud of doing things brilliantly. You will likely have:
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency or fast paced environment
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confidence working with common marketing tools such as email platforms and social scheduling tools
- A genuine interest in learning what makes marketing effective
- Experience in the property sector is helpful but not essential.
