We are looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Frank Innes team based in West Bridgford. Your Role:
- Generate and book new client prospects
- Qualify and service new applicants
- Carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support)
- Provide outstanding customer service
