Your New Role As our London‑based Marketing Director , you’ll take the lead on developing and implementing strategies to connect to our community and bring our brand to life across the United Kingdom and Europe. You’ll craft and deliver customer‑first brand and marketing campaigns that tell our story, connect with our community and amplify our impact. Reporting to our UK Managing Director, you’ll work closely with global creative, digital, product, sales, and agency teams to create and roll‑out campaigns and initiatives that are stylish, bold, values‑driven, and aligned with our business goals. You will play a key leadership role guiding, influencing, and inspiring those around you. Over‑time we expect that you will attract and develop a talented team to help us meet our business objectives. Your Day to Day Working closely with internal stakeholders – develop a comprehensive Brand and Marketing Strategy with implementation plans for the United Kingdom and eventually Europe.
