We are currently seeking a Diagnostician Technician / CVP Vehicle Technician to join the team at Gates of Woodford.

Key Responsibilities

  • This individual will be the liaison between our customers and the workshop, carrying out road tests, reviewing job cards for information, asking for more information when required, and informing customers on progress.
  • More involved and complicated repairs will be completed or advice given by this individual.
  • Liaison with prior approval/ford technical when assistance is required or pre-diagnosis completed.
  • This individual is required to be a minimum of 50% productive and is further incentivised by the overall department productivity and the monthly customer satisfaction score.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed time frames and that a high level of department productivity is maintained.
  • Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
  • Adhere to strict Health and safety guidelines at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • A successful track record within a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership environment.
  • Minimum NVQ level qualification (or equivalent).
  • The capability to work within a highly successful team.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours

40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday with Saturday's tri-weekly.

Salary

OTE £37,211 – £40,310.
