We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Gates Ford, Waltham Cross.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate model features and technology to customers.
- Maintain contact with the customer through each step of the vehicle purchase from initial enquiry, to follow up.
- Provide timely response and follow up on enquiries in person, by phone, and e‑mail.
- Undertake all possible effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Assist with the implementation of dealership events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technologies.
- Identify and develop opportunities to increase dealership awareness and interest in the brand.
Minimum Requirements
- Automotive sales experience essential.
- A professional appearance and demeanour.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- IT literate - Keyloop Drive experience preferable but not essential.
- Good organisational skills.
- Outstanding customer handling skills.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours: 41.5 hrs per week (Monday - Sunday, with 1 day off during the week, 1 in 4 Saturdays off and 2 in 4 Sundays off).
