Overview
We are currently seeking a Trainee Transit Centre Sales Specialist to join the sales team at Gates of Stevenage Transit Centre.
In this position you will receive full support and industry leading manufacturer training, enabling you to become a successful Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist.
You will learn all aspects of the role including communication and negotiation skills, customer awareness, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate model features and technology to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed through every step of the vehicle purchase.
- Undertake all possible effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Assist with the implementation of dealership events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technologies.
- Identify and develop opportunities to increase dealership awareness and interest in the brand.
- Minimum requirements
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- IT literate.
- Good organisational skills.
- An enthusiastic desire to succeed, and exceed sales targets.
- Outstanding customer handling skills.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Working Hours
41.5 hrs per week (Monday - Sunday, with 1 day off during the week, 1 in 4 Saturdays off and 2 in 4 Sundays off).
