I have partnered with a global consumer business to lead the search for an ERP Project Manager. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the U.S. ERP Project which will deliver best practice processes and solutions together with a new and modern ERP solution. The solution will function as the template for the global roll out to all business units (UK and global).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and deliver a solution that enables key business benefits.
  • Prepare realistic project and quality plans and track activities/progress.
  • Coordinate and manage all project activities including planning, estimating scope, resource planning (company and 3rd party), schedules, project milestones, cost estimation, risks and issues, monitoring and progress reporting, project team, and collaborating with vendors.
  • Provide team leadership to the project team.
  • Implement an appropriate document file structure to ensure all project documentation is secure, available, and accessible by the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update the different stakeholder groups on the progress of the project.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
  • Define and implement appropriate measures for tracking business benefits post go live.
  • Produce plans, schedules and reports on project-related activities.
  • Lead various project teams and a 3rd party implementation partner.
  • Determine, monitor, and review all project economics including project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources, and project risk.
  • Identify and manage associated project risks.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Demonstrable track‑record managing large business and IT projects.
  • Experience with national or global ERP deployments.
  • Experience managing multimillion‑pound IT projects.
  • Driving a standardised implementation approach.
  • Managing global projects in federated/highly matrixed organisations.
  • Good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Mature inter‑personal skills.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience of working in multiple environments, continents, and cultures.
  • Educated to degree level or above, ideally within a relevant field – desirable.
  • Experience of MS Dynamics 365 – desirable.
  • Sure Step methodology – desirable.
  • Consumer / CPG / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry experience – desirable.

BASED - WEST YORKSHIRE - INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.
