Working closely with all business units, the Organisational Change Manager will help to define the nature and sequence of specific activities, resources and interdependencies required to successfully rollout the project.

The ERP Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and driving a pragmatic Organisational Change Management (OCM) framework that includes:

  • Aligning the organisation on the rationale and nature of all changes.
  • Enabling the workforce to operate successfully and optimally both during and post ERP implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive communication strategy supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications, in line with group communications guidelines.
  • Develop and coordinate the training programme.
  • Support the training effort, providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of BU training programs undertaken by the functional workstreams.
  • Assess the change impact of the new solution, through impact analysis and assessments, risk assessments, change readiness assessments, identifying and managing all associated actions.
  • Actively identify, analyse and mitigate risks in a structured and clearly communicated manner.
  • Embed the Management of Change (MoC) process into the project methodology, global plans and the BU plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage anticipated resistance by developing a strong understanding of the business and actively addressing concerns.
  • Consult and coach project teams/implementation teams to ensure all stakeholders are clear on requirements and that any gaps are actively addressed.
  • Support, influence, and engage senior leaders, and coach managers and supervisors.
  • Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Drive change management activity at an organisational level, leveraging the functional workstreams, business change champions and the HR function to support various activities.
