Part Time Barstaff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring customers enjoy a memorable experience. Previous hospitality experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Duties

• Serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently to customers in accordance with company standards
• Take orders and handle cash or card payments with precision using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to serve customers courteously
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours
• A friendly personality with a professional attitude and a genuine passion for customer service

Pay: £14.50-£18.53 per hour
