Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required, including garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks.
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and provide correct change.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner to create a welcoming environment and encourage repeat visits.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in bars or restaurants, is preferred but not essential.

- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
