An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time Bartender / Barman to join our Front of House team at Franco's on Jermyn Street, Green Park.

What can you bring to the team?
- At least 1 years' experience as a Bartender in a similar sized restaurant or bar, catering for 80 to 100 covers during each service
- Good knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, different grape varieties and wine styles
- Good knowledge of Italian wines
- Responsible for greeting customers and taking orders
- Will ensure the bar always have enough stock, whilst paying special attention to high movers
- Work closely with Head Sommelier on menu and new items
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Able to serve and clear a table of 4 people
- Have experience at making different kinds of coffees and teas
- Have experience and a good awareness of opportunities to improving sales and an ability to anticipate guest needs
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Motivation, commitment, success orientated with a 'can do' attitude
- Knowledge & diversity from previous roles to the team
- Enthusiasm, drive & desire to learn
- Knowledge of Point of Sale software TISSL/Horizon would be beneficial
- WSET certification or equivalent would be beneficial
- Be able to work in a fast paced and pressured restaurant environment
- Have the ability to speak, understand and write in English fluently
- Will take pride in their appearance and be well-presented and groomed at all times
