Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
