We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Manager to get under the skin of our brand values and bring them to life online. If you know how to stop a scroll, spark a conversation, and turn great food (and people!) into great content, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do:
- Create standout, story-led content for Instagram, TikTok & more
- Use insights and trends to drive awareness and footfall
- Shape and protect our tone of voice & visual identity
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging social-first content
- Build and engage a community of Franco fans
- Plan and deliver content calendars, campaigns, and influencer activity
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ social/content experience (food, lifestyle or hospitality a bonus)
- A strong creative eye and confident production skills
- A people-first approach, leveraging our chefs, teams and customers
- Trend awareness, fast thinking, and brand storytelling know-how
- London-based but willing to capture content in our restaurants across the UK
