We're looking for an Operations Manager to support and develop a group of our restaurants, helping Restaurant Managers and their teams deliver brilliant food, genuine hospitality and consistently great experiences for our guests.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend your time in our restaurants, coaching managers, improving performance and making sure every site has the support it needs to succeed.
One day you could be reviewing business performance with a Restaurant Manager, the next you'll be helping launch a new initiative, developing future leaders or finding practical solutions to operational challenges.

- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building confident leaders and strong succession plans.
- Help restaurants improve sales, profitability, labour, stock control and overall business performance.
- Use data, guest feedback and operational insight to identify priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, retention and engagement across your area, helping build stable, high-performing teams.
- Work closely with the wider support teams to ensure restaurants receive practical guidance and consistent support.
- Champion Franco Manca's values while creating an environment where people can thrive.

- Has multi-site management experience within hospitality or another fast-paced customer-facing business.
