- Own budgets, ROI and performance reporting across digital, CRM and delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to keep everything aligned and moving at pace
- Manage and support a Digital Executive, including oversight of customer queries and feedback
What we’re looking for
- A commercial, hands-on marketing leader who knows how to drive revenue through digital
- Confident owning multiple moving parts such as acquisition, retention and delivery
- Data-led, but practical and able to turn insight into action quickly
- Strong stakeholder skills, managing both internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
- Calm, proactive and always looking for ways to improve things
- Experienced in leading and developing a small team
Nice to have
- Experience working with delivery platforms or marketplaces (Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc.)
- Strong background in performance marketing and digital growth
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation
- Good understanding of data, reporting and performance dashboards
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
