What You'll Do

  • As

Kitchen Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Delivery Kitchen operation, leading a small team to deliver exceptional food quality and operational performance.

  • You'll take charge of the kitchen, ensuring every pizza is prepared to our high standards while maintaining speed, consistency and accuracy across every order.
  • Inspire, coach and develop a small team, creating a positive and supportive culture where people can thrive.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, ordering, labour management, hygiene and health & safety.
  • Be hands-on, whether you're making pizzas, supporting your team during busy periods or finding ways to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day challenges and proactively solve problems to keep the operation running smoothly.
  • Ensure the kitchen is organised, effective and prepared to meet the demands of a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to continually improve processes, standards and performance.
  • What You'll Bring
  • We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who knows their way around a kitchen and has a genuine passion for great pizza and food quality.
  • You'll have previous experience leading a kitchen team in a Delivery Kitchen, delivery-focused kitchen or high-volume takeaway environment.
  • Strong pizza-making experience is essential.
  • You'll be comfortable leading and developing a small team of chefs.
  • Be highly organised, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently at all times.
  • Have a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and take ownership of resolving them.
  • Lead by example, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere within the team.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining Franco

Manca's quality standards.

  • Possess strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and health & safety compliance.
