Franco Manca Cambridge is seeking a Kitchen-focused Pizza Second Chef to support the Head Chef and keep the heart of the pizzeria beating strong.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently amazing pizzas and maintain high standards across food prep, hygiene, and safety.

You’ll train and support junior staff, stay calm under pressure, and lead the team when the Head Chef isn’t present, helping us serve delicious meals to our guests across shifts.
