Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency call‑outs when required.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep the property in top condition.
- Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and management to prioritise and complete work orders.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders using basic computer or mobile systems.
